Change to test fixture

Oliver Kirsebom requested to merge data_handling_doctest_fix into development

Moved sine_wave_file fixture from assets to assets/tmp. (As the wave file created by this fixture was causing a doctest in data_handling module to fail unpredictably)

Updated unit tests as necessary to accommodate this change.
